New Cheyenne-class Model by Wileycoyote and Me :) Michaelwileyart.com
Her nacelles seem a little blank but besides that its beautiful.
They kinda are blank anyway though, it's not the prettiest Fed ship. The model is still fantistic. I'll take a fleet of them.
The saucer texturing doesn't quite match the rear section imo the nacelle supports seem quite odd compared to other fed ships and connect with a strange angle to the main hull, if they were green I'd think romulan. It's a nice model anyways tho.
ok guys stop, these models are getting so good that they are starting to look bad.
Agreed the nacelles and the saucer may require more texturing work.
The nacelles are to blank looks like you used only 1 texture at all.
The Saucer looks somewhat like a chess board. Someone could confuse that scheme with texture and graphic glitches.
Trust me, this is as close as you can get to the one used on the show. We have done our homework.
What an ungrateful bunch... The ship is fine, you guys are getting some weird expectations (maybe due to recently shown awesome ships). Besides I really doubt any of you will make a bunch of Cheyenne-class ships and spend a half-hour just drooling over them in-game even if they looked <insert_random_suggestion_here>.
There are enough awesome ships for everyone to keep their mouths shut for one imperfect one... Just saying.
P.S.: Think of all the work that is going into these ships and how that time could be spent on something more important (or just appreciate the effort).
Those in the tv shows were animation technics of the 90s and early 20s just saying...
to me the best federation ships are ones with decent saucers :) i'd kill for a blend of enterprise saucer with sovereign sleekness (with a bit of neck)
