Guess I'm going to have to start adding a disclaimer to all screenshots. What you see in my screenshots is to showcase the visuals in the mod only this will not reflect what will be in game so no you won't be able to build 3 Dominion titans.
I seriously question why that has to be the titan, it's a great battleship on its own.
I'd love to see what you guys could come up with for a unique dominion titan.
I kinda second that, I can only imagine what you guys would be able to do if you had to make a ship bigger and badder than the JDHC.
But, there's already a ready made titan for the JH, it's massive, and has to be used XD because it exists!

I think this ship fits that description perfectly, it's certainly going to be an oh f*** moment when it arrives on the battlefield. I personally think that feeling would be diluted somewhat if your able to build more of them.
But it does go against the three tier structure of their fleet as seen in the show- JH Attack ship, JH Cruiser and the JH Battleship, would be a shame to be only limited to one of those big beauties and having only the standard cruiser as the top hitter for every fleet. Titan class should be saved for something special like how the V'ger probe is perfect for the Borg but not nessecarilly a Borg ship the Dominion should do something with the Founders- a changling/great link ship.
Also this looks awesome, great work as always.
The screenshot in no way reflects how fleets will be composed in-game. This is to show off models and look of the mod as the description states.

Twice the size of a galaxy class and 3 times as strong. It's obviously a titan, not a capital ship. Perfect choice, don't need to make up something when it's right there and canon.
Though interestingly if you look at screenshots of the final assault on Cardassia Prime, the Dominion Battleship is shown at two scales. In one scene it appears about twice as large as a Galaxy (when the Vorcha is firing at one), whereas in orbit around Cardassia they are almost 4x that large, or 8x a Galaxy.
So there are either two versions of the battleship, or more likely a continuity error. The ones in orbit around Cardassia would be NOTICEABLY longer than a Cube (cubes at just above 3km vs closer to 4km for those battleships), whereas the one seen fired upon by the Vorcha would be "only" 1300mish.
Or it was simply scaled down for a dramatic effect to show off the fleet. It was a tv show after all. Sizes, colours they all varied in the show from time to time.
Yeah, your right, the final one was about 4.5km, the daystrom institute guy in order to try and maintain continuity has given it it's own class, although obviously its just a **** up with the VFX, just like we have seen Bird's of Prey the size of Romulan Warbirds and Vorcha's similar in size to the Defiant in TNG and DS9
