I would probably be careful with naming your **** "STAR FOX: Event Horizon"
I'd probably name it something like "Corneria: Event Horizon" or something like that. Nintendo are notorious for being Copyright Nazis with **** like this, dude. You guys gotta be very careful.
Other than that? I wish you guys the best of luck, as this is looking absolutely fantastic.
I've only found this recently, but I must say that someone as skilled as you has an interest in reviving this dying franchise warms my heart. If I had 2 things I wanted to change base on the first level alone, it would be that the talking animations are a little too slow, and that the explosions of ships should be made a bit bigger and more, well, explosive. Also, this is quite a stretch, but if you were to ever make a VR mode (SteamVR implementation for a lot of games is quite straightforward, aside from several tweaks, from what I hear), I would love you forever.
