The concept for the bandit seva is that it has been "liberated" from the loner faction, similar to the bandit merc suit. The main difference on this suit is the fingerless gloves and combat boots.

Description

This suit, produced by one of Kiev's Defence Research Institutes, is a great alternative to home-made stalker suits. It has been recently “liberated” by Bandits and repainted in the faction's primary colours. Its built-in body armour can only stop light rounds, but it's anomaly and radiation protection system is second to none. Fully upgradeable and boasting two built-in artefact containers, and is the equipment of choice for many veteran bandits, if they can afford it.
