Hi, this unfortunately is often due to a corruption of the level. The corruption is likely that one particular corpse has some bad state associated with it. You'll likely notice the corpse if you'd been near because it will be standing in a "T" shape (sometimes called T-Posing). There is a workaround PROVIDED you have a save that will load on the level (and ideally there are some other NPCs left on it also). You need to find the "bad" STALKER. For me it is often a Duty in an unusual helmet. Notably, you cannot talk to him despite him being a "commander" and he will show up as neutral under the crosshair regardless of your relation to him. You cannot kill him with bullets so he either needs to die from an external source (eg. mutants worked for me) or you need to use an explosive. Once he dies, you'll see him T-Pose. Now, press "`" to open console and enter "g_corpsenum 1" (without quotes). From this point you cannot save and load; don't die. Kill a couple (I found 2 worked, hard to say for sure) STALKERs and return to T-Pose. Ideally, he should have been despawned. If he is, you can now make a new save that is free from potential state corruption. If not, you may need to kill some more. |
