Did SSHIP work before to install KCC 0.9.5?
Have you installed the patch E?

SSHIP doesn't work. So SS 6.4 works perfect. I then extract SSHIP into a netral folder and copy paste the data from that to mod folder. I tried installing Path E then KCC but it doesn't work.

@ PhonNgo, not sure to get you right. Can you expand a bit?

@ Rubertoski, if you use the last version of SSHIP plus the patch E, KCC 0.9.4 is not compatible and you definitively need KCC 0.9.5.
If I got you right, you have installed the new version on top of the previous one, right? If yes, install KCC 0.9.5 on top of it as well. That should hopefully works.

PhongNgo : It is quite possible to play your entire campaign with the basic data folder (12th century) without overwriting the latter with the data from data XIII.

In this case, you will not have some modifications more adapted to the evolution of the costume, such as, for example, the covers of the horses of the general's bodyguard, the replacement of the officers and flag holders ...

I don't know which unit you are talking about. I did not touch the units of the Moors.
It is best if you post your problem with an image on TWCenter

Yeah im just here to confirm that the SSHIP doesnt work with Patch E it only occured to me after I merged the data folders it keeps crashing on the first turn but if I do a fresh install and only use the SSHIP without the patch and KCC then it works as it did without the patches. I did the install properly even did fresh install of Med2 and SS6.4 to confirm.

Are you using patch E or patch F?
I am now playing and working on the version with the F patch but I have not redone the whole installation from the beginning ...
do other players have CTD when they add KCC 0.9.5?

After installing SSHIP 0.9.7 + patch F + KCC 0.9.5, you can replace the battle_models.modeldb file with the one corrected by Gigantus
Here : Drive.google.com

Maybe this operation can avoid some CTDs ?

I think your Winrar is not up to date. The file downloads and unzips without problem at home (I just did the test).
My current version of Winrar is 6.0.0.0
I think winzip also works ;)

Mega.nz

Use the link above for the latest version of KCC.
This version contains SS + SSHIP + KCC

You must unzip my file in a folder named SSHIP_098

This folder should be placed directly in the "mods" folder of the game.

To launch the game, use the SSHIP 098 launcher.bat or create a desktop shortcut.

It is possible to directly use the data XIII folder, but that will not make the campaign start any differently. Some of the units will just have a visual aspect closer to the 13th century.
The AI is chosen from the SSHIP_098 folder by opening the "Campaign_AI_switcher.bat" file and following the instructions.
This concerns the 098 beta version which you can download with the link above "Mega.nz"
