Really nice man! Impressive for a factory btw... have you ever visited one? It's really not soo much like this.
Thats why its the surface area. My uncle had a factory near a mountain some years ago so it's based on a real design.. i mean it isnt exactly the same, but pretty much the same.
This area is like the rest room, shipping area and stuff.
