The AI needs to react whenever they hear something. For example, door getting slammed, wooden plank falling down a shaft, water splashes, footsteps, etc.
And that fire near the end, there needs to be something for it to come out of.
Maybe throwing things at guards could slow them down too? Don't want to get too Amnesia-ey in here
Yes, the final part isn't finished yet. And I also think that the metropolice should react to any kind of noise, but it'd be hard as hell to achieve.

The look at the corpses and get mind f*cked thing is cool, but needs more work; You will have to improve the AI to react to noises like said above.
Great job with mapping, it looks really good, and the "interact with the world" thing is awesome, it opens up so many possibilities for objectives, great job!
What would you add to the corpses effect? And yes, I'll try to work with the AI.

Istead of "hurt your mind" you could say "Damage your physche" or "Damage your moral, sanity etc" or even "Corpses CAN KILL!" just kidding with that one.

There should be a pounding on the door when the cop comes up to it, such as from the intro to Half life 2, when you put the bar across it.
As for the corpses, maybe invert the colors really quick, like a flash, with a scream sound effect or something similar. The white just isn't doing it for me.
