It’s the distant future and mankind has expanded beyond its solar system. After spending several centuries traveling, expanding and populating, humans perfected the use of wormhole technology. But wormhole technology comes with a price: it consumes a natural resource found only in particular systems. Many more decades passed as humans built and placed the wormhole devices at strategic points in their little section of the galaxy, thus creating a network of “jump points.” During this time, Mankind had been aware of a war that spanned the galaxy, though known only by the effects their technology left behind. If you were to browse through the latest issue of PC Zone UK (April Issue), you would no doubt see their review of Spatial Fear: Prologue.

Although they had only reviewed v1.0, they still game it a 77/100; sweet stuff. The ironic part of their review is that most, if not all of their gripes were fixed with v1.1, and even more so with the upcoming v1.2. All the more reason to love Spatial Fear. You may read the review below.

We also got a review from "The Mutation." They tend towards some of the harder points, but still present a good summary of Spatial Fear. You can read it here.

And lastly, there have been a few concerns about when you'll get to play v1.2. We are working like racehorses on new features, sounds, weapon tweaks, level fixes, and other issues. We can't release a date yet, but we can tell you that it will be worth the download.

The mod is nice, but I have to agree in some points with The Mutation review... too many doors... ugh... but the maps are great, the weapons too... the enemies  hehehe I laughed a lot when The Mutation reffered to them :D

Do you plan on release a new patch/update for it?
