From the Middle eastern deserts to the Balkan mountains, the action continues.3 years after the events in CoD4, Al Asad is back and he is not alone. He has gathered all of his forces and has managed to prove to the islam world that he is a holy person ( those who dont believe him get shot ). Now his armies are moving forward in an almost blitzkrieg tactic, conquering much of eastern Europe. Within 3 months he is at the Russian border and is preparing the invasion. Kremil decides to send a special Spetsnaz team to Rousse ( where Asad is expecting his troops ). Your job is to parachute into the city and kill Al Asad once and for all. Too bad all hell broke lose after you landed, the Bulgarians are rebeling in the city, the romanians are rushing to reinforce, and a massive arab army is coming to help the city garrison. Not to mention your squad leader was killed in the landing, your helicopters are destroyed and you have no contact with HQ. Just another day at the office aye?
Been a while since the last map screenshot hasnt it. So as of now I plan on releasing several updates showing the various historic landmarks in the level. Ofcourse the big one and most eblematic is the giant monument on the top ( top comes complete with a high-caliber sniper rifle BTW :), but for now lets start with the less known landmarks, in this case the flame of eternity. It is situated right next to the monument and is a great place for cover during the final assault ( wish I had an interesting story to tell, but hey Im not that keen on history:(
Side note: Sniper folk will really enjoy the next update as we will reveal probably the seccond ( after the monument itself ) most valuable sniper vantage point>)
Nice but lets hope the player does not get burned while trying to snipe hostiles from up there.
I really hope that no one may be dumb enough to forget what does mean standing too close to a flame!!! XD
Look like a symbol of freedom. Epic!
It is. Thanks:)
This looks very good and will there be any World At War weapons in it as well?
I have an M1 Garand inside the temple, since there are actual late 19th century rifles in there ( idk if they are replicas or not, who cares ), and If I can rig the Mosin-nagant that will be a great adition. MP-40 is also possible as it can be used by arab mortar crews.
Very good keep up the good work :)
