This mod (named "Narodnaya Solyanka 2016" by the developers) was developed only in Russian. I've personally hand-translated the mod to English. It also contains a third-party weapon pack, updated textures, shaders, addons and many personal fixes.

First vehicle I've found that you can drive. Found it in the new (for NS) Darkscape map.
Are the vehicles still giving radiation for driving them?
Nope! That has been fixed :)
i am sorry but still 3 cars at ATP give radiation even after applying the new patch may 30th.
Does this version of Darkscape have the mines and Dark stalkers aka:Sin
It has the mines, it's the same as the LA one. I did some searching in them, not much as far as loot in them, but nice as far as exploring around. No Sin in the mod.
Wish somebody would make a mod or game about the Dark Stalkers, dunno if they are a canon clan in the stalker world! But a Game about them would seem to be integral to the history of the zone and mutants.
Yea, Sin was actually in the early builds of the game. Before they (along with a bunch of other content) was cut before the release of SoC.
They might be in Oblivion Lost as well, but that's only in Russian (with a basic machine translation somewhere out there).

Took at look at your keybindings in the options menu. One will say "start engine".
