One of the QoL improvements I'm most proud of. Just hold START or press F1-F4 to change the time to day to your liking. As a perk, you can make it rain in The Sabotage DLC at will.
In case you're wondering, the juddering isn't a framerate issue. It's caused by rotating slowly using a dual analogue controller. Either my controller or the game disagrees with that.
