It is a good tool, but is based on vb6? by the way can it decode effects bin file? I am working on an mod tools which resolve relationships between resources in paks. but I don't know how to deal with the effect bin file.
I tried to use the tool but I can't load the models of the original game how do I get the GUID file name?

Hello. Is there a way for mesh with probleme like 33BD866E-4B60-47BA-8260-D108475D5CFD. I got :Calculing normals didn't go too well for submesh 2 and :Run-time error 91 object variable or with block variable not set. Thanks for the help.
