Actually no it looks like a CS 1.6 model with the LD MP5 M203 Grenade launcher attached.
No, i've seen the hs op4 mp5 and this is it.

Thats the Valve HD pack M4A1. This model looks like a CS 1.6 M4 RIS with a LD Valve MP5 M203 grenade launcher attached.
That said it dosent look bad but Id still recommend HD models.
