“What would happen if we applied Earth 2150 to Homeworld?” -- Slipstream: The Price of Freedom is just that. Or, at least, was supposed to be just that. What started as a multiplayer combat simulator, ended as the first entry into the Slipstream universe.

DoubleForte convinced me to make a newer, more relevent main menu screen for the 2.x series. As you can see, we decided to show off one of the infamous and mysterious slipgates as it drifts around a planet.
Awww. I like the vibrant, beautiful look of the other menu screen.
This one will probably grow on me though. Very nice!
