“What would happen if we applied Earth 2150 to Homeworld?” -- Slipstream: The Price of Freedom is just that. Or, at least, was supposed to be just that. What started as a multiplayer combat simulator, ended as the first entry into the Slipstream universe.

A little balancing thing i decided to do. Since the DOL battleship has a honkin' cannon, why not the UNCG Battlship?
I like the idea of a "great cannon" (as the bentusi put it) on the UNCG battleship, but I would make the following reccomendations:
1. If you keep the existing model for the emitter, make the beam straight and taper the back end of the cannon please!
2. If you would like a more interesting turret with a greater firing arc or even charge-up animations then your proven talents will help you there too!
Besides my nit picks, I like this balancing ^_^
1) already taper'd the back of the cannon. But im not making it straight, see number 2.
2) No go on the turret, the DOL use magnetics to change the way the beam on the Battleship shoots. So we are going to go with the same concept.
Thank you for at the very least tapering the cannon to make it look more pro!
Mr B.O.P, there's probably an aztec'd texture on the cannon now too, making it look more like part of the ship~ Well, I presume there is anyways
Nice idea but the model just looks like a white cardboard tube strapped onto the underside. Not very threatening. I think a more angular design would be more in line with the Homeworld style. My two cents.
Actually, the color changes with your team colors. i should make it grey or something similar. Also, does a cardboard tube shoot a deathbeam? muhahaha.
