Thanks for the suggestion, but i was thinking about making the werelizard transformation accessible only to Argonians, not just my player, or making it a new power altogether with a new disease transmitted by this new monster.
I know it sound complicated, and probably it is, that's why I'm asking around modding site :P

Oh, all you have to do is change the ArgonianWerewolf race. Just replace the Werewolf transformation power to a new power that causes them to transform into the Lizardman.
Use this mod for reference. Just copy this mod's power and give it to the Argonianwerewolf race and change it to the Lizardman.

Hi, new to modding here. Can you explain how to use that unique player meshes/textures mod with this werewolf replacer? I'm not sure where the bsa/esp files go or what they are replacing in the unique/werewolf folder. I'd appreciate some help, but thanks for linking the mod anyway.

I've had a number of requests for different colors and I have a ton of different color textures for the guy..I could include some seperate folders with the download that gives color options for the lizardman

PSD: anxiously waiting for that MMV.13.
When MoMod v13 comes out you guys can use the Unique Player Werewolves mod, go the mesh folder, copy the name of the original mesh, delete the original mesh and add this mesh and rename it to match the original, since the textures will already be installed by MoMod v13 and there you have it.
I know it may be awhile for MMV.13, and I'm sure it's a lot of work. But I really can't wait to use these werewolf replacers uniquely for player. This is some great work!

great mod buddy! I have only one suggestion, you can do one of these as a summon, like in mod Fire Dragonn Companion? could call it godzilla, it would be amazing :)
Doesnt work for me i transform into regular werewolf(Yes i put the BSA and ESM also made sure to check it in the data)
