The new and redesigned Imperator Somnium made by JonathanZotack.
Is this going to replace the last one. I hope not. This one looks amazing, but I would like to be able to choose which one I'd like to use if possible. Having the choice to use both would be amazing.
The first one could be the first chapter of the Emperor of mankind, and the second version could be the final chapter. What I'm trying to say is that you could work out a way to have both versions in the same mod by explaining that one is the Titan that the Emperor used at the beginning of the great crusade, and the second version is a repaired version of the Imperator after it was almost destroyed in the Horus Heresy. In the fandom it states that the fate of this vessel following the events of the Horus Heresy is unknown, so this could serve as a way to fill in that piece of lore. That's just my opinion on the subject. Both ships look great, and I think that having both available would work fine.
The thing is, according to lore the Emperor had one flagship first, the Bucephalus (which is also the name of the horse of Alexander the great) which was a Battle barge. This ship is represented in the mod with the renamed and refitted Lux Imperator (Light of the Emperor)and is going to be added in the 1.8 version. The Emperor later moved his banner over to the Imperator Somnium (Dream of the Emperor)and while I did a good job with what was available using the old method of shipbuilding I'v employed since the start - I just like this version more. Its sleeker, feels more like one idea in form and function and has even more "bling". So no, Im not going to keep both the old version and the new one, this will replace the old version. With the Lux Imperator Imperial Navy will have two Mega titans, and I think that is enough.
I want this ship to become my wife lol.
