If you love EVE, you'll love Sins of a New Eden. It's hard to imagine a mod that transplants an MMO into an RTS in a better way than what's been achieved here. Stunning visuals and incredible attention to detail. Highly recommended.

The devs of this mod have placed a lot of time in their lives and work to be as high fidelity as possible to the source material. The attention to detail and game mechanics have been upheld the best they could within the limitation of Sins of a Solar Empire's limiting engine.

Download this and install it, the installer is dead simple to use and comes with extra goodies. Try this mod out, see how amazing it is and invest time into it like you first did when you tried out Sins or even EVE, it's phenomenal in what it does.
SoNER is fantastic. I get to play any faction I desire without giving CCP any of my money. There is one bug with the mod however that kid of cripples the QoL for me and that's the issue where ships will try to jump to another planet and only get about halfway through the jump then deposit themselves about halfway through, leaving them to travel at sublight the rest of the way. Still a great game and I hope the dev fixes it soon.
