Rebuild Progress Update #3: The Road to a New Republic news - Sins of a Galactic Empire mod for Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion

Hello and welcome to the third update on the rebuild where I shamelessly say what I've been dragging my feet on for a whole month! The NR was indeed fast to get done, only took around a week's worth of work. Alliance took at least two, given a handful of more complex ability chains to port over and test. Now that these two are done, the extragalactic Yuuzhan Vong are next on the list. Once those aliens are done, Phase 2 of the rebuild will be completed, namely porting over all of the non-Empire factions save supercaps. Phase 3 will consist of porting over supercaps, porting over and fixing up whatever needs to be done for the pirates, doing balance changes, and updating the mod to v1.85 standard.
