Shrine II continues the story of Shrine I and improves on it in every way.
Quality mod
+ Nice effects (Such as blood or lightings)
+ Destructible objects
+ New stylish textures
+ A lot of new weapons
+ New monsters
+ Bosses
+ Lot's of secrets
+ Super secrets (Level secrets)
+ New sounds and music
- Sometimes levels lack details
- Some endgame levels contains 20-30 regular enemies wich is boring
- There is no destruction effects for some objects (Debris/particles)
Lots of secrets, great guns, creepy enemies, fun boss fights and amazing atmosphere, sadly, some maps feel like a chore, especially the ones where you gotta freeze parts of water to walk over it, it's just slow, and then you get thrown enemies attacking you from far away when no weapon is reliable at that distance.
Everything else, however, gave me quite a good time, some people dislike how most maps are short but I don't mind, they were fun enough, woth the time to play...
Also that final boss? Yeah quite the challenge, not disappointed!
