hm bta.wad is my custom wad, sorry i'm make a fix. Thanks for report :)
Same problem but now with Decals.wad Think you need to remove any custom files used from the game folder and try running the mod. Then you will find out what files you need to include with the mod. :)
I tried to run it without custom textures and everything started well and smoothly. You can describe the problem in more detail by writing in private messages, please.
Valve TempDecal.wad missing
