Hey guys, not the usual uploader today! It's me, Sgt.Headcrab.
Anyways, Shaft's zombie model has always been awesome to me, but I wanted to make it better. So, I've been hard at work updating it and making it as close as possible to the beta. We also decided to try out some alt zombies, such as the Multiplayer skin, a Barney zombie, and the POISON ZOMBIE!
This is just one of the new cool things we got prepared for you guys, so get ready, and stay Shafty!

So will these alternate randomly ingame? What are the chances of a HECU variant? Good work and keep it up guys!
Classic! Although never seen in prerelease screens of HL, a HECU-variant would be a nice addition.
We thought about adding both the HECU, and Construction variant just to complete every possible human that can get head crab.

These look absolutely sick and twisted. Makes me wonder how a Fast Zombie would look in HL1's low-res style.

there's gonna be 3 headcrabs a purple one (from the concept art I think it might work like a fast headcrab from hl2) the red one is a toxic headcrab (the beta heatcrab witch does damage overtime but can be cured with the antidote pick up) and the regular tan half-life heatdcrab.
Something that valve should have done in the released game in the first place: add variant zombies (And more too)
hey if theres red headcrabs (alpha headcrabs) and normal headcrabs (retail headcrabs) does that mean you should put headcrab zombies with red headcrabs too and i think some scientists have white pants and some scientists have blue pants
maybe so put a zombie scientist with white pants too
what freaked me out:
the mouths on all of the zombies' palms
the mouth on barney zombie's back (the mouth replaces the lambda logo on the non-zombie barney)
zombie barney having longer arms than zombie scientist
the barney zombie has 2 elbows please remove the extra elbow
Maybe it's a poison headcrab. In one of the Half Life 2 commentaries someone said they experimented with the idea in the original Half Life.
