I can't for the life of me pull up the information on who originally made this hornet model. If you see this please say something so I can credit you properly.
Other than that you can see the view model for the concept hornet gun, along with it rigged to the alpha agrunt rigged on retail animations.

Will the Beta Skyboxes added? (like the ones seen in the In Deep videos and some early screenshots)
Besides the one found in the day one release. The skyboxes will be edited to resemble the beta (like in this photo), or we will try to make our own in 3ds or something.
Make green armor for agrunts, as it was seen in beta!
I'll make skin groups for the a grunt so you will see concept green, alpha blue, and retail purple.
Why not use original models from the beta? I am sure there are plenty of leaked Half life 1 content.
It's the same tho according to me. Why not recreate the skybox using the beta cliff textures, to achieve an alpha feel?
You can just put the skyboxes in Photoshop and recolor the cliff textures to a bright yellow color. This will give a beta feel
Is that the beta "hornet gun"?
It looks alright but i still prefer the one in the beta screens, like this : Puu.sh or should make it more dark purple.
It's still a work in progress. I'm still trying to shape the model to look more like that image.
