San Andreas: BETA Edition is a modification for Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (obviously) with the goal of returning all cut features in development (at least, what is known and/or is possible). All information comes from several sources: BradyGames' Strategy Guide, official pre-release screenshots, and left over files.
I don't plan to make anything which has little to no proof of its existence in the Alpha/Beta stages of the game's development, that means no rideable Trams, no Alcatraz, no smaller & blue parachute, and so on.
