Alright, something I want to make clear:
Just because China treats everything as Fair Use doesn't mean everyone else does. The presence of models ripped from StarCraft 2 is not very comforting, and is likely going to end with your mod being taken down. That, and Protoss units look downright ugly in RA3's engine.
With that thought, it's typically accepted to use models from other games in the same franchise if you're just screwing around, and you might want to check out The War Factory for some leftover units from RA3 Paradox that the Paradox team doesn't want to use anymore.
EDIT: And furthermore, if you can get the models made for Generals ported into RA3, I should note that Generals models actually look pretty good in RA3.
