Sorry, but as far as I know the AotR team doesn't plan to implement angmar in their mod.
I don't think that was his meaning.
Which is why he says it's AotR's "take" on Angmar. Meaning that if they made Angmar, it would look like this.
Yeah, that's exactly what I meant. AotR won't include Angmar, but if it did, this would be what they'd look like.

I love how the armour is partly the same as te Dark Rangers. The difference being chainmail or cloak makes perfect sense!
I would be sorry to see the old design of the helmet go, though. The round shaped helmet with the big eye holes always gave the Black Numenoreans a very characteristic feel that would bee gone this Gondor-like helmet.
Give them a mask and they are perfect.
they are good looking. but when it is said black numenoreans i think about something like this Pm1.narvii.com Or if you could upgrade heavy armor and they would look like that.
