Description

Good evening, Comrade Admiral.

We have recently recived some new toys for the navy. Our engineers have came up with some construction methods to allow most buildings to be placed on water. This will allow us to expand our naval bases even further.

Our Hijackers and Attack Dogs have been tought how to swim and the Engineers are given portable boats to allow them to traverse water. Our War Miners and MCVs and MEVs has also been modified for the same purpose.

Our Naval Shipyards has been updated with the blueprints for the Miners, MCVs and MEVs allowing construction of them from Naval Shipyards, in addition to War Factories.

We are also getting a new ship, well it is also a walker. The Stingray is a light boat armed with Tesla Coils. It can use its legs to move over land, although with slower speeds. Like our other Tesla Units, they are affected by the the Overcharge upgrade.
