Full Version 1 commentFixes Low FPS in Rivet City's Stairwell by removing effects from the interior cell.
Fixes low FPS in Rivet City Stairwell by removing dust and lights/shaders. Install: Just put RC Stairwell fix.esp in your Fallout 3 data folder and enable it in the launcher of your choice. Uninstall: disable the esp and delete it.
