Description
Minor changes to diversify Yuri a bit more, Initiate is Psicorps exclusive, so the Militant steps in. They have a T1 upgrade available at the barracks which makes them permanently stealthed and grant +10% HP.
The remade disruptor can be seen here as well, it's stealthed because it's under the Stealth Generator (exclusive to Specter).
