The v5.2 Update makes a ton of various fixes and improvements to the mod, most notably the inclusion of the new 190 campaign scenario, improvement of existing strat models and several new ones, as well as an overhaul to various regions of the campaign map.

Important notice: Must have the Rise of Three Kingdoms v4.5 Full Release installed prior to installing this update. This update is NOT save-game compatible (will break saves). Once an installer for this update is created, the included .zip file will be replaced with the installer.
To install the update, extract contents of RoTKv52.zip into your main Medieval II Total War directory and allow to overwrite.

I downloaded then installed while everything seemed to work properly when I start my version it's only the 4.5 version though.
You didn’t install this patch correctly (ie: you didn’t extract to the correct folder). When you open the .zip file, you will see a “mods” folder. You must extract that folder to your “Medieval II Total War” folder and then allow to overwrite.
