Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.

Which is a model change with no gameplay implications. You still have to buy the pods separately for each one just the same as before.

Great Work , Its a Great Improvement to the original Sentinel But The only thing that Bothers me are the Warden Missile pods , I like the way they looked before , Having the Back of the Pod exposed Not hidden inside Plus looks smaller I think than the Original pods .

But its a minor problem , the Entire Model overcomes the insignificant pod issue , THE HUNTER ROCKS ! Keep Up the Magnificent work !

The original Warden pods were frankly rather tacky add-ons that were hastily slapped onto the side of the existing model, which was never supposed to have them. With the pods arranged as they are, they're both better protected and are now an integrated part of the tank as a whole, and while it does look slightly more compact the extended turret bustle more than makes up for something which was IMO not a problem in the first place.
I'm not saying you're wrong - how you think it looks is entirely up to you - but they were moved to the places they are now specifically for the reasons above, and I hope you'll understand why we did it now, even if you don't have to agree with us.

Thanks for the positive comments by the way, and that goes for everyone! Feedback like that is what keeps the team motivated to go on working, so it's greatly appreciated.

Please put also the RAILGUN upgrade on this marvelous beast. Brute force with an attitude. May I say as well that the tank needs a frontal hull to complete the vehicle's chassis, where the driver and commander are.

the overlord is defanetly more tacticl and the Sentinel is a "destroy evry thing that moves on the ground" i hope thay give the over lord a look overhall to it well looks a litel ugly also a new batel master wuld be nice like the late version of the type 80 or what ever and serisly 500 creds for a batel master thats cheper than a scorpion...for the moment, well thats my 2 cents :3

Just like the old one, the ERA upgrade will give a visual change to the base model in the form of explosive reactive armour blocks. It will not get an entirely new model for ERA - that would be totally nonsensical.

Love the rate of fire for this... faster than the Battlemaster from the original Generals. sweet firing sound, too.

what the tanks also lack is speed. i got a bad time in this tank mobility with other tank,as the other tank always get ahead ,and the tank turret is too slow when getting surrounded by many tank.although i don't want to admit it, the overlord still the best tank there is , as it can repair other tanks via proganda and excellent speed, fair AA damage turret, dangerous in a pack and with the other tank.the sentinel could be easily destroyed by airplanes like raptors and its AA missiles doesn't really help either

this tank really great against front assault ....but its weakness is long range artillery ...makes them like sitting duck plus they are vulnerable due to low speed and low mobility .....

Description

The Sentinel, despite completely dominating any and all foes it encounters on the ground, always had something of an Achilles' heel when it came to countering attacking aircraft. First trialled successfully in the '02' model, the Warden Missile Pods, produced by the famous KBP Instrument Design Bureau in Tula, allow the Sentinel to defend itself against enemy attack helicopters and even low-flying jet aircraft, and have been directly integrated into the frame of the '03' model for better protection. The missiles' explosive-fragmentation warheads are also lethal to exposed infantry, though their infra-red seekers are not keyed to the heat signatures of human bodies, and as such cannot track moving foot soldiers. Russian commanders are well advised to integrate Warden Missile Pods onto their valuable Sentinels wherever it is cost-effective to do so.
