Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.

With those new additions for the Arena-mode (and with the Arena itself ofc ) ROTR may now be called "League of Generals" or "Rotra" (Drotr? dROTRa? Don'teven know what analogy i should give with Dota :p ) .

Description

Despite its age, the M163 Vulcan is still used by many poorer nations and certain PMCs as a mobile close range air defense due to its low cost and high rate of fire of its 20mm Vulcan cannon. It also is useful as an urban combat fire support vehicle. A popular modification is the Israeli-designed "Machbet" upgrade that adds a 4-missile Stinger pod to the turret along with an upgraded tracking radar and ability to connect with search radars for enhanced target acquisition.
