Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.
The Scrambler Track is a mobile GPS scrambler that functions much like the old Observation Van with the GPS scrambler upgrade.
However the Scrambler Track can also activate a jamming pulse which will not only stun enemy vehicles for a short time, but also render them unselectable for a little longer.
you shouldnt begin to spread too much around this gimmicky no selection mechanic.
damn this looks cool
Isn't that abit broken though?
I think there should only be a certain number allowed at a time or it should replace the observation van.

Mobile Gap Generator ;)
Gap gen on APC
Is that an old M113?
Yes.
I can see the deselecting ability becoming very annoying, especially with SAGE's quirky pathfinding.
Does it replace the Scrambler van? Also is the Jamming pulse an AOE type ability or does it work like an US Microwave tank?
Works like old gap generators from ra 1 get map black fog?
Look! Rhinos! RHINOS! GLA hides their scramblers in METAL BAWKSES!
teh cohwards teh fewls!!!!
will this replace the functionality of the radar van for well radar van without upgrades for GPS Scrambler and or radar and just be a basic unit
Wow! It can do all that? They can stun vehicles, then make them unselectable afterwards for a while. Pretty good, though they probably can't defend themselves other than that. I think the mobile GPS Scrambler thing is a little too good to be true, depending on how long the cool down is, though if you don't want to wait for the cooldown, no matter how long it is, you could just build another one, then you'd have armies of… Anyway, so yeah.
