THIS IS A MOD OF RISE OF THE REDS! Rise of the Reds is a great mod made by our friends at SWR Productions. This mod is an Overhaul-style mode of ROTR - a reimagining of the formula in a more balanced and fun way for online play. It adds many new units and abilities and many balance changes. The aim of the mod is to change the way you perceive the gameplay of Rise of the Reds 1.87 to something that is more similar to Zero Hour and other classic C&C games.
Where there were no tunnels, the GLA used Balloons. They are strange machines to use in a war, having an extremely basic antiquated design - but that's their biggest advantage. Due to the way they work, these archaic balloons are entirely immune to countermeasures such as EMP. Furthermore, GLA's expertise in disguising vehicles lends itself to the hot-air balloon - it can easily be mistaken for a civilian balloon, unless properly inspected by a detection vehicle.
This allows for transporting all kinds of key personnel across the battlefield undetected, making them a powerful stratagem when used wisely.

So will these count as stealth units or will they have a disguise mechanic?
Due to limitations, they are just stealth units ;)
PS. Airborne stealth units cannot be detected by infantry detectors such as Conscripts or Pyros - they need either a defense, a vehicle or a detection ability (such as Spy Plane)
