Now this reminds me of the Space Marine Armoury from DoW... must be the angular roof. Looks even sturdier though.
Again, the firing port style windows are a nice touch.
Wow... I hadn't even thought of that but I just looked up images to refresh my memory and yeah, it looks a lot like that.

Perhaps the planet they live on isn't populated enough to matter. Perhaps the vapor leaving the chimneys is the steam from cooling small nuclear plants. Perhaps they have invented planet-sized air scrubbers that can filter and recycle the breathable gases of their world. Perhaps conservatives are right and climate change is blown out of proportion because it makes people money and power. Perhaps, indeed, they just don't care.
I really like the building aesthetics you've picked. I find it fitting for the faction that has gone through centuries of war to look like they could be bunkers.
