I think he's talking about their skin colour.

Ah OK now I see the issue. For a second I thought I had messed up the clothes or something. Well, my intention was that of representing a force in full decline, these were not the elite Christian prisoners of the medieval period anymore. One could bribe his way into it and their elite social status was practically just in name only.
So that was the most subtle way I could find without messing with other aspects of the unit.
But if it's an issue nobody can tolerate then I'll go back to lighter skintones

Is it possible to add varying skin tones? I mean Turkish people aren't all so dark of tone. I'm personally fine with your choice.

Yes I was talking about their skin color. Turks are not that dark skinned. If you aim for making historically accurate mod change the skin color of the unit.

I am a Turk and I can say that there is no black janissary in our history. In our history, we did not recruit janissaries from black people.

They look a bit low quality than other troops. Just a red or blue robe and a turban would be more appropriate. Skin tone needs to change from black to olive as well. (Additional information: jannisaries never used fixed bayonets beacuse it was seen as a dishonorable way to fight. They should switch to sabers when ordered to attack. Fixed bayonets and napoleonic formations introduced with Nizam-ı Jedid army.)

Noted. About the clothing part, can you give me sources? I need to see pictures or have verifiable sources before I make any changes.
