- Aligned with the balance of defensive buildings (range, damage, health)
- Certain nations add unique units
- Ships have become larger
- Artillery and Navy expensive and increased construction time
- Units balance slightly revised (but will tinker with time)
- A wide variety of forces
- Added a rustic block (block residents)
- Added coal mine
- Added a coal plant (gives a bonus to the coal and metal mining)
- Some countries Imperial Guard added (created in the Senate)
