i didnt think this guy needed a model update, but wow....
maybe the leg spikes would be cool colored with team colors.
i recently went to play unitport and for the first time seen the classic storm strider. i thought this was a unit all on its own. the classic is apparently a recycled megalith.
this new model design for cybrans is ******* badass, though i wish there was more team color space, this way in my eyes it looks like the cybran and uef stuff are made of the same material(technically they are but id rather the main color didnt make it look like they were using the same tech) and more team color on the cybran would make them look more separate i guess.
WTF is the classic storm strider O_o
the storm strider is initially a recycled megalith for the first supcom from a mod i cannot remember, but it is buildable in the unitport mod as a tier six, next to the avalanche and a bunch of other fa mod units.

which is exactly why you should play fa. have you not even played unitport? i can understand that there is no need to but...dang...your missing out there, lol. unitport has even included the avalanche from fa, along with several other iconic mod units like the mayhem. i wondered why you questioned my query on the resemblance between the pride and mothership. if he still has the fa units added with these new units, it will be fun comparing them. like,

Any Storm strides in any mods are copies from mine, I think the FA version was made by Brandon with my permission.
OK do your research the Storm Strider is an original RVE unit Brandon a modder from FA liked our idea and made a FA version.
And for those other units we haven't payed FA or any FA mods for years, none of our units are based off FA mod units part from the Avalanche!

Just because FA is a older game doesn't make a mod unit made after ours older as well -_- .

sure, i was mistaken with the storm strider, but when did i ever say i listed those units to prove that they were based off fa mod units? never, because they arent, and i never said they were, just that it was cool that they closely resembled each other and that it would be fun to compare them if albinosnowball includes the units he has atm when/if he includes them when this mod finally hits its second alpha stage.
and fyi, i figured the unitport storm strider was first because it said classic.
The name classic i used for ported units that had doubles in SC2, albinosnowball would of followed my idea which is why its called that, Albino will probably balance his ported units to fit in with 2.0 , Sorry if i was hash but Brandon's hack job units ****** me off, There a lot of bad history between him and other mods.
also, will the red lines be included in the team color? if so, i cant ******* wait to see this pop out of the gantry with the red replaced with blue.....i will be blown out of the chair and go splat against the wall
I might experiment with adding a little more team color some time, however the glow is always red for cybran.

well, i figured you would have at least looked it up to compare them before assuming that i was wrong because i hadnt counted the guns on the storm strider. and the movie is okay...like all appleseed stuff, the story is ****, the graphics are ******* amazing
and you havent counted the guns on the thing from appleseed either, and im talking about individual turrets, not gun barrels. the appleseed thing has 27 individual turrets and 37 individual guns, not counting what could be missile pods.
the storm strider has 13 individual turrets and 34 individual gun barrels/missile tubes.

Awwww i want this mod now i dont care if there are some bugs still with it, I want to download a alpha version of the alpha, but to be real the hype is way off the charts for me.

I agree with him i would love to do a pre-alpha version, a Public Mod Test (PMT), anything pre-alpha for us to test. Oh and one thing you guys can do can we get screen shot of a updated version of the tech trees?
