same here, their like really big and buffed T3 units.
experimentals in forged alliance really felt menacing and capable of dealing tons of damage. in SC2 just get couple dozen tanks close enough and their dead......just my opinion
the scale looks about right and the tank itself looks awesome btw.
I found I only had that problem with the original SupCom2 experimental units, the ported FA ones do seem very unique world shaking things that make me feel blessed when I get ONE of them, yeah, I'm talking about you asskicking fatboy 1.
SupremeCommander 2 was focused on having many experimental units. It would be impossible to defeat the enemy with just one (Even on an Easy, I've tried.), unlike FA. So with this mod you now have your gigantic army pieces, AND your experimental units, it's a good balance if you think about it.
Sorry if i go off here a bit but what are you guys going on about maybe you should load up FA and have a look how the hell do they look like T3 units, I wasted my time on this screen shot bellow just to show u both game side by side, I Photoshopped this removing the background so you can get some idea of both games.
i was mostly comparing the experimentals "hardiness" where in FA an experimental could absorb massive amounts of damage before going down, and in SC2 they died rather quickly.
not really talking about scale since experimentals are huge either way.
and srry that i couldn't explain myself better on the first response since i was a bit tired
Ohh man that tank looks so awsome. But the blue color looks like the one in the campaign and not the multiplayer color ... sooo ... is it possible you could add this blue to the skirmish/multiplayer options ( along with the cybran campaign red and aeor campaign green )?
Thats the scaling of 1.05 --__-- which crates to many problems with AI and maps, The experimentals are getting scale down 10-20% to fix these problems.
experimentals are experiments. surely they are'nt going to be buffed to be super awesome, a model at the "experimental" stage is never that good, its buggy and has bad animations (half the time), experimental meens its an experiment. it should'nt be buffed and huge. it makes sense for it to be big, but not huge.
I liked it more when the experimental s really felt "Experimental" Now they just seem like regular tier 3 units :(.

O ok i got you wrong there its just this is about the scale O_O that why i created the balance mod to buff them up.
You should use that to replace the over-scaled rockhead experimentals (using their scale obviously). =P
OMG if you want the answer go back to the 1st post about this tank.
XD Sorry lol Did not see that. Fail on my behalf.
cool, but will show different techniques (tanks, robots, etc.) at Aeon?

I didn't think the team colors were any different in campaign?
Actualy they are. The campaign Colors are more intense while the skirmish ones look more desaturated. Play first mission and compare :)
Can you make an addon that lets us switch between vanilla SC2 textures and the new ones or something like that?
Relax guys, After 1.2 I'll maybe release a seperate scale mod wich looks a bit more like this:

@Therealredmoth,I WANT THAT SCALING!!!!!
