The goal of Resistance and Liberation is to realistically portray the events and actions taken by the 82nd Airborne during their stay in Normandy. Our initial release will follow the regiments through a campaign that mimics that followed by the men themselves. The campaign will begin with players dropping into Normandy in the early hours of June 6th, with the ultimate objective of capturing the town of Sainte-Mere-Eglise. From there subsiquent maps will include missions based on other key areas after the D-Day.

Wrong again sovietfag.

The mosin nagant albeit uberaccurate and powerful (what ******* rifle isnt powerful? They all fired ******* .30 cals except the mauser) is not the ideal bolt action rifle. It's action is incredably tough and slow and it's stripper clip port makes reloading it painfully slow... And painful. I have a Mosin Nagant and an M38 carbine and I can tell you from experience that if I were in WW2 and had to use a bolt action it would either be a mauser or a Lee enfield.

AND DONT GET ME STARTED ON THEM SIGHTS BOY! DEM SIGHTS IS LACKIN SOMETHIN FEARCE!

I digress, tl;dr = K98 better bolt action rifle than Mosin nagant M91/30.

Also this mod is lovely keep up the good work.

really now? I own 3( 2 variations of the M91/30 and a M44), i've never had an issue with my loading via stripper clips and I shoot mine regularly, heck my m44 is my main hunting rifle and it got me a deer this year, and it's 100% as issued, as for the sights i don't know why everybody whines about them, i find 'em the easiest to use out of the lee-enfield, arisaka, mauser, m1 garand and a couple others, and last but not least it sounds like you're experiencing an issue with your mosin M38 known as sticky bolt, which is an issue with cosmoline being in the chamber gumming every thing up

Stiltburger, i wholly agree with you.. mosin does have blot./reloading issues
statistically though, as much as I hate to admit it... the lee enfield was the best bolt action rifle of ww2... mostly because of its 10 round clip size, besides that its pretty similar to the kar98k

Lovely model. As aforementioned, the front sight on this rifle is wrong. It does look like a Springfield sight. It needs to have a dome over it. Granted, there were some models in production with only the post, but the majority of the standard issues were with the domed posts
