Republic at War is a total conversion modification for Star Wars Empire at War Forces of Corruption. The mod replaces the Empire with the Galactic Republic and the Rebel Alliance with the Confederacy. Republic at War focuses heavily on the theatrical films but also contains content from the Clone Wars cartoon series as well as the expanded universe. Players can re-enact various Clone War campaigns such as the Outer Rim Sieges. Players will have the choice to fight as either the CIS or the Republic and wage war for control of the galaxy. Realism is key and players will have unprecedented control over how and where they fight. Push forward with an entire clone legion such as the 501st or 212th or overwhelm your opponent with a seemingly endless number of B1 battledroids. The choice is yours. There are also a number of expansions planned that will add new (as well as polish existing) content.
Naboo was in trouble but the Republic will answer. In the epic battle many were lost but the Republic prevailed in the end.

OH yeah tell that to numerous marketing campaigns in where they make every single clone trooper in action figures, art work, and every other thing that has to do with star wars and droids may get a bone somewhere if there lucky. I mean it took me awhile just to find a good droid avatar. And about the providence i think they would i mean in vanilla the accalamators spawned both bombers and fighters.

Same for cis, and technically cis remnants joined rebellion so that means technically cis played part to empire getting totally owned. And still no cookies for empire. :P
Actually it is not same for the CIS. The CIS was a planned loss of the clone wars, they were never supposed to come out on top because it wasnt part of palpatines plans, he wanted the galactic empire not the CIS empire and as for the CIS joining the rebellion...I dont think luke was BD :p
nope but rebels did use our warships and even used Sbds agaisnt the vong. And planets that were formaly allied to cis supported the rebels. :P
Wrong. Palpatine did not care who turned out victorious in the Clone Wars. He would have become leader both of the CIS and the reformed Empire, so he didnt really care.

The CIS winning would be the worst scenario for palp...what does the CIS stand for again...? Confederacy of Independent Systems,which means if they won, each supporting planet would become...independent from the republic while the republic is a unifying force which is a good template for an empire.
Well there are many reasons people joined the sepratist. In distant planets all in the outer rim were being ignored by the republic for any kind of aid from raiders and dictators. People joined the sepratist cause because they wanted help and not beauracratic neglegence.

Yeah... Tell me how you make a B1 costume work... You'd have to be anorexic or something...Plus... On the note of Trooper art and stuff... There's a 'story' behind every trooper... He has a personality... Something to inspire the art... All a droid has is a chip-circuit telling him how to behave and what to do...
i know a b1 costume is impratical but there are plenty of cool humanoid sepratist characters. Like the jabimi nimbus commandos- They are my all time fav. Actually they really havn't given a chance to give a droid or serpratist a good story or personality. I love story's that dwell into the "ghost of the machine subject" ex ig 88. Its quite fascinating.
Jabiim commandos didn't really make it into the movies (last time I watched them) and they aren't as iconic as the Stormtrooper/Clone Trooper, so much of the movie-based fans wouldn't really connect to them... I mean... The 'mascot' is usually something really iconic for the franchise... I sorta feel for the Separatists as they were kinda right- the Senate had become corrupt, though they were the corrupt part of it (unintentionally, granted)....
Hey, on the bright side- you guys will always have the Mandalorian costume...
its not about mascots its about peoples prefrences try to appeal to everyone not just the mascots.
in the end the clones were no different to droids as they would mindlesly follow orders as well, for example, killing the jedi generals that they had grown to respect without a second thought. once they became stormtroopers they were just as bloodthirsty as the droids.
Well... They were sorta 'bred loyal'... Like hounds... No matter how much they might grow to like you if you pet and feed them, if they're well trained- all it would take for you to loose your arm would be their master saying it... I guess Clones had some sort of... I don't know... gene or whatever that made them loyal to the Emperor... Or they were brainwashed like them 'hidden spies' of Cold War conspirators...
The clones were loyal to palpatone alone they followed the jedi's orders because they represented the republic
