That building is pretty small compared to the scientist.

if you compare the building in blueshift it would look the same size!

:P Well that's actually the case, yes. And do you know why that is?

Because they placed their buildings up that hill and made em smaller while making the textures yet again smaller. That simulated to the eye that it is a huge building in the far distance while in reality it was basically just 10 feet or meters away from the player in Blue Shift and if the player used noclip it became apparent that it were tiny buildings that wouldn't even fit a npc in most cases. I used the same trick in my own mod to simulate distant landscapes.

So the critic of PsyWarVeteran is valid. If the player can walk in that area make sure to enhance the building in size. Not by much but it will in all likelihood look better and more imposing towards the player enlarged.

As for the layout of the building itself. It looks fairly well made. Great attention to detail here. Perhaps let 1 or 2 windows be open to vary things slightly. Maybe some additional decals onto the building like writing, dirt, dust or explosion and bullet effects.
