Each Branch within the Soviet Nations have their own dedicated research center. The Red Guard with their constant process of propaganda and recruitment have often lead to their Research Centers becoming a sort of beacon to inspirations for some populace in their control. This has lead them to providing a basic training course allowing almost anybody fight for the Soviet Cause. The Elite Corp with their constant surveillance and reliance on security has lead to them installing fortifications when possible onto their Palaces. Helping them to defend against would be rioters within their controlled sectors. The Storm Legion's Science Lab is a vault of Soviet research and knowledge keeping such knowledge of technology like Cybernetics and the legacy of Nikola Tesla safely within the confines of Soviet Control. Always aiming for self-sustaining systems the Science Lab comes built with its own Tesla Reactors giving it no detriment on the power grid of Soviet Commanders.
