Psychic Beacons were originally deployed by the Soviets and then Yuri to control the masses in selected areas. The Psychic Beacon has recently been redesigned so that instead it mind controls subjects permanently but can only focus at one target at a time.
This reminds me, I suggest making spies immune to mind control so that it is more easier to breach yuri walls.
