Rangers are Light Armored Scout Vehicles. The Eagle Command fervently stuck with the Ranger Design and further added improvements to it keeping it in par with the newer vehicles in the battlefield. While it may still have little armor the Ranger still retained its ability of possessing superb speed and sight. As opposed to its original iteration the Ranger didn't come equipped with a Machine Gun but instead came armed with a mounted Rocket Launcher which was effective against Air targets and Light Vehicles. a single infantry can ride in and like the Newer Stryker-Class IFVs can change its weapon depending on its passenger.

This Unit also once again overrides the role of my old Avenger (And also helps to make the Eagle Command have more RA1-ish Allied Units. :P
Bradley's also return to just being a Tank that if any passenger rides gains increased damage & ROF.
That one also in MO as a campaign-only unit, but sadly it's neither be built nor available in every allied missions which is only appears as an enemy unit in the Soviet prequel mission Archetype.
