The vehicle in the picture is Red Bow ECMAA vehicle of Scarlet Crescent,Red Bow equipped with AA Auto cannon different from the Soviet and fire control disturb system(F Toggle).
An AA gun which is different from the soviet equipment.Maybe it is similar to slingshot from Kane's Wrath.
