Great quality work there. Just one suggestion: would there be a way to make the electricity on the power plant always face camera? At the moment it seems a little weird when it disappears when facing the building sideways.
This was picked up in another comment earlier. I'm looking to resolve it hopefully.
In the W3D Settings(in max) try ticking either Camera Pivot or Camera Orient(test both ingame). Depending on where the pivot is may affect it, and the orientation of the pivot.
You could also try making a cross-shaped set of planar textures.
That's what I've done. Great minds...
What is the name of the music played? It seems to fit the U.C. quite well.
