An expansion/overhaul mod of epic proportions, with entirely rebalanced gameplay, expanded factions, new gametypes, graphical overhauls, and five new factions; stealth-based Confederate Revolutionaries, tower defense-inspired Atomic Kingdom of China, economy-focused Mediterranean Syndicate, DotA-esque Order of the Talon and spammy Electrical Protectorate.
Unfortunately for us there were several issues with our original MCV/Conyard transformation animation, such as the fact that scaling is not supported in the engine and the fact that our unwrap was terrible. These flaws have been corrected, and we're currently putting these models ingame, thus eliminating one of the major hurdles we've faced in the first release.
well done, i approve of this video message :D
sweet
For Ackerman!

Terrific job guys!
Very fluid, very good job.
Yay, Update!
Nice work on the textures and animations.
Beautiful
very nice!
A work of art as usual.
Wooooooowww
Wow. That looks SO awesome!
Amazing!
It looks good, and I like the intro- but everything just seems to pop out without making any sense.
It is RA3 though, I guess.
EDIT: Did it do that in the game it is referencing?
indeed. It was EA who invented more realistic MCVs where nothing popped out of the ground.
Any even then, a LOT of the MCV components still come out of the ground. They just got better at hiding it.
Good job! I can't wait to try it out. :D
I'll probably sit there for an hour packing and unpacking it. Great guys!
sry to tell you this but his mcv cannot undeploy
Awesome. (and for all you naysayers out there who say this mod'll die, as Akerman says it, "Screw 'em all")
Nice.
I forgot to mention that I also like the stars and bars on the MCV (The Union nickname for the flag of the Confederate States of Americe)
Oh yeah for Ackerman! Great, just great.
The thing is, if any of you have done the Empire Campaign, youll see that Ackerman is really an android. WHAT NOW?
That's actually a serious plot point and key to why the Confederates are rebelling in the first place. Namely, the Allies know it and the American people don't, and the Allies are acting very paranoid because they don't know how many American politicians are robots.
wouldn't the allies have had invented a way to detect androids by the time this mods set in?
It's only been around six months... and their arresting of all the senior members of the Federalist Party to test if they are androids (without actually telling them WHY they were testing them) is what sparks off the revolution.
youd think the allies would have enough sense to ask the empire (whom they just kicked from their doorstep to japan) who is a robot lol...
It's not actually Empire tech; the parts to make the Ackerbot were purchased from the Syndicate to throw the Allies off their trail.
I wonder if Ackerman would pull something tricky and pay the Syndicate to make a robot of him as a double and a safegaurd against assassination that the Empire would replace with a robot...One can dream.
The Syndicate certainly wouldn't mind double crossing like that, so long as it gets them money.
has any of you actually considered a career in EA? Oh wait thats an insult to your talents. Sorry.
with a bit of standard RA3 dust and smoke while deployment and no one can tell the difference
i really like the animation and everything about this mod so far, i'm also really interested in what song you have playing in the background of the video!?
That's American Dawn, an original song for Paradox by Chris Feres aka Ferriswheel42 (one of the founding team members). You can listen to it in its entirety here: Moddb.com
thank you for the info!
Loving the old school MCV (somewhat RA1 looking)
very nice animation
I love the old school army. I wait this one more than all others.
F*CK ME!, downloading now, looks awwwwesome.
cheesy. sam one they used in oiginal red alert.
I want something for the confeds that looks like a giant semi-industrial plantation house. it doesn't have to be there mcv but maybe a tech structure
