The Barkhausen is an Allied experimental vehicle from West Germany designed to use microwave energy to down large groups of enemy planes. While generally less effective than direct fire anti-air, the ability to hit a sizable radius makes it great against units used in large swarms like Twinblades or Rocket Angels. By risking overheating damage it can deliver a more constant stream of energy more adapt to taking down large targets.
Note the tank hasn't yet got it's teamcolour sections marked out, but it is ingame and functional.

I suggest searching "CD in microwave" on Youtube rather than doing it yourself. The actually have military uses for microwaves currently: En.wikipedia.org
Personally, I like our design a little better...
